 2012 Estate Viognier $18.99

Tasting notes:
Aromas of ripe apricot and honeysuckle are intertwined with elusive hints of almond blossom in the background.  Rich, silky mouth feel from fermentation plus 5 months of passive lees contact in Hungarian oak barrels culminates with a long, rich finish.

Food selection:
This Viognier will enhance soft ripe cheeses, spicy Asian cuisine as well as richer ocean selections such as scallops, oysters, and lobster.

2012 Lès Mis Estate Rosè $12.99

Tasting notes:
Enticing aromas of rose petal, strawberry and melon predominate with some additional floral components in the background.  This wine has a somewhat fleshy, supple mid-palate followed by a clean, crisp finish.

Food selection:
As you might have surmised from the reference above, we feel this is the wine for all poultry courses, salmon and sundry appetizers. It is wonderful with picnic or sitdown lunches, serving well as the soup or appetizer course wine.

2010 Estate Zinfandel $18.99

Tasting notes:
Intense, explosive aromas of blackberries, raspberries with background notes of unsweetened chocolate. Elegant tannins with vibrant berry flavors complimented with spicy oak and a lingering rich finish.

Food selection:
We believe this Zinfandel enhances any number of meals with rich sauces (especially red).  It continues to be our favorite red wine with seafood.

2011 Estate Petite Sirah $18.99

Tasting notes:
A delightful aroma profile best described as “spice rack”.  Fresh ground black pepper, bay leaf and clove predominate with some toffee notes in the background.  This wine is a mouthful with an elegant sufficiency of rich tannins and toasty oak followed by an extended, rich finish.

Food selection:
Bring on the spices!! Rich, red sauces, cajun, and heavy continental dishes of all types are enhanced with this concentrated petite sirah.

2010 Estate Opulence $22.99

Tasting notes:
Brooding, complicated, and dark. Aromatics emanating from the multi-varietal blending include hints of plum, cherries, and sage intertwined with spicy oak.  Flavors are deep and rich with layers of pleasantly assertive tannins, rich fruit and toasty oak.  The finish is lush with piquant acidity ensuring excellent aging potential.

Food selection:
This supple, complex wine will enhance elegant beef selections such as filet or rib-eye as well as pastas with rich sauces.

2010 Estate Hunchback $15.99

Tasting notes:
Delicious! Complex, inviting aromas are created by multi-varietal blending. Hints of ripe berries, spice and cassis are intertwined with subtle oak. Flavors are extended and rich with layers of pleasantly assertive tannins coupled with hints of oak. The finish is rich and lasting which enables additional aging.

Food selection:
This rich, layered wine will enhance hearty beef dishes, ripe cheeses as well as pastas with spicy sauces.

2009 Quasi (Late Harvest Zinfandel) $26.99

Tasting notes:
Intense, deep aromas of black raspberry jam with notes of chocolate and toffee. Soft tannins complimented with spicy oak and a lingering rich finish.

Food selection:
Think romance!! This zinfandel port enhances many desserts especially chocolate or pungent cheeses.
